Jessica Bell is a global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Lakewood Ranch office. A Florida native with over two decades of first-hand experience in the Bradenton-Sarasota region, Jessica offers a rare blend of local insight, design expertise, and real estate knowledge that elevates every transaction.

She holds a bachelor's degree in housing from Florida State University, a specialized program encompassing construction, real estate, and interior design. This comprehensive education laid the foundation for a multifaceted career across the design, construction, and real estate industries. Jessica later channeled her artistic background into teaching, serving as an art instructor at her children's school before returning to her true passion, luxury real estate.

Since earning her license in 2020, Jessica has cultivated a reputation for delivering an exceptional experience to discerning retirees, out-of-state buyers, and local residents seeking a refined lifestyle.
