The biggest testament to Juli’s skillset is in her referral-based business where her end goal isn’t transactional – it’s relational. Her attention to detail and whatever-it-takes attitude provides stellar client service and results for her customers. It is this commitment to full service that led Juli to align with Sotheby’s International Realty. Working with Sotheby’s global brand allows Juli to support her client’s needs across California and Washington. Juli is licensed in both states, with extensive experience within the enclaves of Newport Beach and Huntington Beach in Orange County, California and Bainbridge Island and North Kitsap County in Washington.

With a personal passion for real estate, Juli brings almost thirty years of corporate business experience to her role as Broker. She began her professional career in the computer industry, holding positions in virtually every facet of the business, across software development, marketing, sales and mergers and acquisitions. Most notably, she served as VP of Corporate Development for Quest Software, during the company’s highest growth period.

Juli is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio, where she double majored in mathematics and computer science.
