A native of Sarasota, Sarah was exposed to the business at an early age through her parents, who were real estate advisors and investors. Sarah's father, Christopher Harrington, was a respected REALTOR® and a leading broker at the Naples office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Beginning her own career in 2018, Sarah quickly became a top producer within her first year. She previously worked for a national builder in new home sales, an active retirement community, and a luxury resort-style development. Having worked with customers across all demographics, Sarah is experienced with historical homes, first-time homebuyers, families looking for specific school districts, empty nesters, relocating retirees, and buyers seeking 55+ communities.
Growing up, Sarah moved 12 times throughout Sarasota County, giving her a unique perspective to the area's different neighborhoods and towns. Raised surrounded by antiques, historical homes, and impressive art, Sarah's passion for the arts was fostered by her grandparents. Her grandfather, who held a doctorate in art history, proudly displayed a Leonardi da Vinci painting on The Discovery Channel. Her grandmother was the proprietress of an interior design studio in Charleston, South Carolina. Thankful for her childhood, Sarah's roots are the backbone of her business today as she curates a luxury real estate experience for her customers.
Sarah's appreciation for homes, with respect to their beauty and the needs each individual desires, fulfills her purpose as a real estate advisor. She understands that each home is unique to the person who lives there and should speak as a continued extension of the resident.
