Trevor Stein

Trevor grew up on the sunny south shore of Kaua’i and was raised in the real estate and residential construction industries. Trevor’s grandmother, Maria Perlman, is also a part of the Oceanfront Sotheby’s ‘ohana and has been a Realtor® on Kaua’i for 30 years. His father is also the owner and operator of Stein Custom Homes on Kaua’i.

Having spent time working under his father’s tutelage in residential construction, Trevor has built a strong knowledge base of the island’s construction practices. He loves working with people and hopes to make people’s homeownership dreams come true.
