A Southern California native, Donna grew up in a home designed and built by her father. She cut her teeth early working on family investment property renovations and, while just 14, parlayed her talents into a unique opportunity to join forces with a highly successful real estate broker/owner. This cherished mentorship and specialized training proved to be pivotal when, just three years later, Donna won the Business and Professional Women’s Scholarship, a multi-faceted competition extending over six months. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Fortune 100-caliber marketing prowess is the result of Donna spending nearly a decade as a writer, producer, and director on hundreds of sales presentations, launch campaigns and pilots for the television industry. She was quickly elevated to the position of Vice President of Production.

Fueled by a lifelong passion for real estate and design, Donna launched a construction project which sold in one day. That home became the catalyst for a career dedicated exclusively to real estate.
