Growing up in a family that develops homes in Washington set Ellis on a path where he was constantly learning about the industry (you could find him reading the real estate pages in newspapers at age 10), developing his distinct design aesthetic, and fostering a lifelong interest in architecture. His eye for detail and perfectionism have served him well throughout his career. Several years of working on new construction homes further bolstered his construction expertise. He carries the knowledge of materials, finishes, and processes he garnered during this time into his position as a savvy and trusted broker.

Jet-setting around the world as a fashion model for two decades inspired a love of travel and appreciation for different countries, cultures, and environments. Ellis was born in Redmond, Washington, lived in NYC for over a decade, and has since returned to Washington to be closer to family and put down his roots. He now lives in Everett with his wife and stepson. In his free time, you can find him cheering on his favorite football team, playing basketball, scoping out the best local restaurants, traveling the world, and throwing dinner parties to bring his loved ones together.
