Greg Cutler

In 1978, Greg made his first trip to visit friends at Stratton. It was clear to him then that a life in Southern Vermont was going to be in his future and that dream became a reality when he, along with his family became full-timers after moving from the flatlands in 2009! Up until becoming a licensed REALTOR in 2015, Greg had experience in Sales, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Social Media Management, Broadcasting and Voice Acting. Today, Greg has worked with many buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate and helped them realize their own dreams of living and working in the glorious Green Mountains of Southern Vermont!

Greg is also very active in the local community as the current member and former Vice Chair of the Manchester Selectboard. Previously, he served on Manchester's Design Advisory Board and the Development Review Board. He served on the Dorset Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Manchester Youth Baseball Board of Directors and has coached both youth baseball and basketball. On the state level, Greg is a former member of the Vermont Arts Council Board of Directors from 2018-2024. Greg is an avid guitar player and plays in the local band, 'Muddy Hollow'.

Originally from Boston MA, Greg is a graduate of Salisbury School in Salisbury CT and attended Emerson College and Northeast Broadcasting School. In 2022, Greg joined the Vermont Sales Group team at Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty
