Kirk Probasco

Kirk Probasco acquired his client relations and industry experience through two main avenues: his family real estate business and time spent in the restaurant industry. Kirk’s parents have run a boutique real estate firm on the Monterey Peninsula over 30 years so he has been around the real estate business all of his adult life. Previously, Kirk was in the restaurant industry for 13 years as the owner operator of Stokes Restaurant in downtown Monterey. During the years at Stokes, customer service and networking were the key to his successes.

I am passionate about the relationships with my sellers and buyers versus simply just closing a deal.
