Being married to a Floridian, Gretchen chose to move East with her family and make the dream of living on the Treasure Coast a reality. She is excited to continue to follow her passion in real estate from Pacific Sotheby's International Realty in Laguna Beach, CA and bring exemplary service to the clients she serves, aligning herself with ONE Sotheby's International Realty.

Drawing on years of experience from her successful sales career in the medical/ pharmaceutical industry, as a former high school teacher and coach, and as a community volunteer and parent, her collective experience presents clients with professionalism, solid negotiation skills, a strong sense of urgency, consistent communication, and an adept ability to creatively address clients' needs. She is committed to exceeding her clients' expectations so they may make the best informed decision resulting in a positive, personalized experience. An Accredited Buyer's Representative, ABR®, Gretchen holds a Master's Degree in Foreign Language Education from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and Mass Media Communications from Denison University.
