Beatriz Calderón

Beatriz Calderón, originally from Mexico City, grew up working in her mother's real estate business, gaining hands-on experience in sales and administration. After relocating to Cabo San Lucas in 1994 following the Mexican Peso Crisis, she transitioned to luxury real estate, initially working as an assistant and quickly advancing to a broker's assistant and eventually an agent at Cabo Del Sol, a high-end development. Before joining Los Cabos Sotheby's International Realty, she gained prominence at Las Ventanas al Paraíso, one of Mexico's top resorts. Beatriz specializes in luxury properties in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. She is known for her professionalism, reliability, and dedication to client satisfaction, offering a full-service experience grounded in transparency and integrity. She is bilingual, holds a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, and enjoys traveling, food, nature, and scuba diving with her family.
