Thomas Fitzpatrick

Since 2017, Tom Fitzpatrick has been following his passion of helping people realize their real estate dreams, whether it is selling, buying, or fixing their home. After an 18-year career in the corporate world, which took him to locations around the globe, Tom has been dedicated to utilizing his knowledge and skills in negotiation and collaboration to help guide his customers through the challenges of today's real estate market. Relying on a strong work ethic, integrity, passion, and partnership are the core of his approach.

Tom is currently licensed in Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida, where he is an active member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee. Ensuring that his customers' motivations, wants and needs for their real estate goals are understood is key to creating a positive experience. Tom works relentlessly to deliver five-star service and make the buying or selling process as stress-free as possible.

Originally from the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania, Tom graduated from Kansas State University in 1996, earned his Master of Business Administration from Baker University and went on to get a master's certificate in project management from George Washington University. He recently moved to Bradenton with his wife, fellow sales associate Elizabeth Fitzpatrick, and precious pooch, Lady Bug, to enjoy the incredible outdoor activities that Florida provides.

Tom and Elizabeth are extremely excited to have joined his sister, Stacy Rumbaugh, as a team at Premier Sotheby's International Realty and look forward to applying all of his experience and education to the local community.
