Chris Spaulding

Chris has been a real estate broker for 28 years and the owner of Island Group Sotheby's International Realty for the last 13 years. Chris and his family moved to San Juan Island in the early 1990's from the Monterey Peninsula in California. Island life allows him to pursue his hobbies, which include cooking, gardening and playing golf.

Chris believes that when representing off island buyers it is vital that their broker has up-to-date knowledge of the area and the regulations affecting property. His office provides this know-how with resident brokers living on San Juan Island, Orcas Island and Shaw Island. The companies association with Sotheby's International Realty provides worldwide exposure for all its listings.
