I am a licensed realtor that has been a resident of Chesapeake for the past twenty-three years. I would like to believe that the most important part of my career has been the time I spent as a computer security consultant. My ability to listen to my client’s concerns about the security of their computer environment and adequately advise them was my strongpoint. My job required me to listen to what each client wanted and then use my expertise and knowledge to provide them with the level of security needed for their business. I also have a great desire for helping people in their everyday life concerns which is why I worked to earn my Masters in Pastoral Counseling, giving myself a better understanding of how people think. This allows me to help them see their way through difficult situations in life, realizing there is always hope. This aspect of my career really requires that I be an active listener, which is an important part of any client services business. My passion for customer service and past personal real estate transactions led me to this career change. I had been buying and selling houses as an investor, thus creating a desire to learn more about the real estate business. Now that I have received the proper training, I realize how important it is to have an agent. I can see how differently my personal investments could have been handled had I been more knowledgeable of the business. This has given me a strong desire to protect the interests of others. I will listen to all of your concerns and then create a plan that will protect your interests in the purchase or selling of your home. I will be there with you through each phase of the transaction.
