The Spann Group, led by Laura & Jeremy Spann, is a successful top producing Real Estate team in Fort Worth for Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. The team is the #6 top team in Tarrant County & strives to drive value for clients by giving them a luxury brand experience regardless of the price point. Laura, a real estate broker started her real estate career in 1999 after graduating from the UTA & receiving her law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law. Although she is not a practicing attorney, her knowledge of the law is a huge asset to their clients. Both she & Jeremy are members of The Fort Worth Club & the Entrepreneurs’ Organization & have one daughter, Maggie.
 
Jeremy drives value for clients by utilizing his education, experience, analytical mind & unorthodox style of thinking.  He was a Chancellor Scholar at TCU for his undergraduate degree in Foreign Policy & obtained his MBA from TCU. He is a Marine & founded Cowtown Warriors in 2013, a non-profit organization that gives 100% of money raised to wounded, ill & injured veterans.

Michelle Stum grew up in West Texas & is committed to the best interests of her clients. Her love for real estate & helping others achieve their dreams of a new home began when she met her husband, Dustin Stum, a successful general contractor. They have two sons. She graduated from TCU with a B.S. in Advertising & Marketing. Her first job was in New York City as the Assoc. Director for Project Rebirth, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting victims & 1st responders to events such as 9/11. She is a volunteer at Be My Eyes to help the blind, a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Alumni & the TCU Alumni Assoc.
 
ReyAnne Moorehead is a native Texan but grew up in Music City & this is where her love of country music was born.  She attended Belmont University where she obtained her BBA & then returned to Texas in 1994.  Fort Worth is now her home along with her son. Her early career was in the medical field where her open & honest communication allowed her to provide exceptional customer service & build lastinh relationships. These skills made the transition to real estate an easy one.  She thrives on listening to her clients & making the process of finding their forever home a seamless process.
 
Lyn Robinson, the team’s licensed assistant, grew up in a military family living all over the globe & settling in Fort Worth in 1989. She started her real estate career in 2016 which included a position with the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors before joining the Spann Group. She has over eighteen years of sales & management experience working for Estee Lauder. Hard work, dedication & providing superior customer service are some of Lyn’s core values. While living in Iwakuni, Japan, Lyn graduated from the University of Maryland Global Campus with a B.S. in Marketing in 2005. Lyn has one daughter, Katelyn.
 
Carol Van Hook, Laura’s mother & Spann Group’s advisory member has almost 50 years of experience & was an instrumental force in the homestead sales of the Mira Vista community. She purchased the boutique firm, Mira Vista Realtors in 2008 & sold it in 2015 to Briggs Freeman. She has been in leadership roles including vice president & president of the Greater Fort Worth Board of Realtors.  She & her husband, James have been married since 1963 & are members of First United Methodist Church. Besides Laura, they have a son, retired Lt. Col. John Van Hook & three grandchildren, who are the light of her life.
