Ryan began his professional career in the tech industry in Longmont, Colorado, where he specialized in building strong client and customer relationships. This background laid the foundation for his success in real estate, equipping him with the ability to simplify complex processes and translate intricate market data into clear, actionable insights.




As the son of a U.S. Air Force Colonel, Ryan’s values of integrity, discipline, and adaptability were instilled from an early age. Having lived in countries such as Egypt, Germany, and South Korea, he developed a global perspective and an exceptional ability to connect with people from all walks of life.




Working alongside his father-in-law, Jeff Erickson, Ryan has played a key role in elevating the Erickson / McIntosh Group. He draws on his tech industry experience to bring innovation, efficiency, and clarity to every transaction.




Ryan lives in Erie with his wife, Rebeccah McIntosh, and their son, Brooks, along with their two beloved rescue dogs, Bentley and Bailey. Outside of real estate, Ryan and Rebeccah are avid CU athletics fans and embrace an active lifestyle—spending their free time skiing, biking, hiking, camping, and golfing.
