Robert Walt

An Atlanta resident for 20 years, Robert excels at building relationships with clients and colleagues. He is a member of the Christine Bradley Team, one of the top-producing teams in the Buckhead office at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. With a degree in international business from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, a previous career on Wall Street as the European and Asian export sales manager for lumber at Hardwood Center and 25 years of experience running his own successful hardwood lumber brokerage company, he brings a strong sales background to the industry.

Specializing in residential real estate—including new construction, townhomes, condos and single-family residences—in Metro Atlanta, Robert has a proven track record of working with international clientele, investors and out-of-town buyers across all price points. Clients can expect exceptional service (which includes home staging where necessary), well-organized processes and a genuine passion for the job. Known for his outgoing and friendly demeanor, Robert is skilled at navigating the buying and selling process, solving problems and negotiating for his clients’ best interest.

Robert embraces Atlanta’s energetic atmosphere and diverse neighborhoods. He supports organizations like Project Open Hand and serves on the board with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.
