Growing up as one of few year-round residents in Saltaire, Fire Island has been in my blood since birth. My career in real estate began in 2010, but in many ways, it started long before that. My parents owned Larson Realty in Saltaire for over 35 years, and I spent my early years learning the business from the ground up—first helping with summer rentals, then assisting in sales, and eventually working alongside my father, one of the island’s most renowned builders for over 3 decades.

That hands-on experience, combined with a deep knowledge of Fire Island’s unique market, has shaped the way I work with clients today. Whether it’s a historic cottage, a modern build, or a tucked-away beach escape, I bring a local’s insight and a meticulous eye to every transaction, skills that I have developed that set me apart from other realtors.
