Brigid Flint

With an Economics degree from Colorado College, Brigid Flint brings over 20 years of experience to her real estate practice as an Associate Broker with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. She entered the industry after working with property management firms booking nightly/weekly ski vacations in Park City and other Rocky Mountain resorts; in this role, she became deeply familiar with the local Park City and Deer Valley® areas and their many unique ski properties. Today, Brigid’s knowledge of real estate brokerage and nightly rentals allows her to successfully guide her clients to the best investment properties in Park City and beyond.

In addition to being an active REALTOR®, Brigid brings a vast knowledge of the outdoor adventure industry. She was first introduced to Park City while guiding multi-day river rafting and mountain biking trips through Utah, Idaho and Colorado. She also dedicated several years to promoting the causes of environmental non-profit organizations, like the Waterkeeper Alliance. Her experience in the outdoor adventure industry and environmental preservation field has increased Brigid’s appreciation of the unprecedented lifestyle offered by Utah’s pristine natural lands.

In 2010, Brigid joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty alongside her business partner, Michelle Eastman, where they maintain a prominent standing in the top tier of their firm. Their team focuses on the sale of luxury real estate in some of the most desirable areas of Park City and Deer Valley®, including Old Town Park City, The Colony at White Pine Canyon, Old Ranch Road, Park Meadows, Iron Canyon, Empire Pass, Deer Valley East Village, and Victory Ranch Club.

Notably, Michelle and Brigid represented Sterling Bay Companies in the acquisition of the Victory Ranch and Conservancy Development, a 6,700-acre luxury community with a Rees Jones championship golf course and Provo River frontage. They are responsible for record-setting sales in the residences at the St. Regis Deer Valley, along with The Colony at White Pine Canyon, Old Town Park City, and Victory Ranch.
