Prior to real estate, Liz spent 14 years as an executive in the cancer diagnostics field, promoted six times in ten years from a top-ranked Sales Executive to Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a leading global biopharma company. She was fortunate to receive extensive training in executive leadership, including win-win sales approaches and deal negotiation.
Liz is consistently a top producer, ranking year after year in the top 3–5% of her brokerage and the top 1.5% of all agents nationally, as recognized by RealTrends. She earned the Palos Verdes Peninsula Specialist designation from the PVP Association of Realtors in 2018.
Liz has been surrounded by the world of real estate investments her entire life. Her mother, father, and grandfather were licensed real estate professionals. In addition, she shares her family’s expertise in high-end custom home design, renovation, and remodeling — including, to date, more than 20 primary residences.
Liz is based in Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles County. She specializes in the South Bay and Silicon Beach (coastal and adjacent cities from LAX to Long Beach). Her passions are spirituality, food, wine, and entertaining. In her private time, Liz is most likely to be found wherever her son and husband are present.
Liz is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, and is deeply involved in giving back to her community. A few of her philanthropic passions include American Martyrs Church, Sandpipers, the Blind Children’s Center, and the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research.
