As a 5th generation Colorado native, Kristin Michas knows the state well and takes pride in using her local expertise and savvy to provide her clients an unmatched service through every step of the home buying & selling processes. Kristin earned her BA at the University of San Diego and MBA from the University of Denver. She has a strong background in sales and marketing and utilizes her business experience to maximize results for her clients. These skills, along with her knack for building relationships and having a client-first approach, have led her to consistently achieve recognition as Quarterly Best of LIV Sotheby’s and the honor of the Denver Metro Association of Realtor’s Silver Excellence Award (production of $10-$14.9 Million) for the past two years in a row.
A lover of the beautiful Colorado outdoors, Kristin enjoys living in Golden with her husband and children and, when not showing homes or developing winning strategies for her clients, can be found reading, playing golf with family & friends, or taking advantage of the amazing opportunities that the Colorado mountains have to offer.
