Anthony Gatto, global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Bonita Springs office, brings more than three decades of real estate experience, strategic expertise and genuine passion to every transaction. A proud resident of Pelican Landing for the past 17 years, Anthony is deeply rooted in Southwest Florida, specializing in everything from seasonal condominiums to exquisite beachfront estates.



Anthony began his real estate journey in the Northeast and has since cultivated a respected career serving customers in Florida. His industry credentials include the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), each one reinforcing his commitment to excellence and ability to navigate local, national, and international markets with ease.

Outside the office, Anthony's greatest pride is his family. He and his wife Mary have shared more than 50 wonderful years together, raising two children, Giancarlo and Gabriella, and celebrating life with their five beloved grandchildren. When not assisting customers, Anthony enjoys sailing, golfing, listening to music and playing his guitar. He began a lifelong love for the Florida coast with a childhood trip to Miami, where he was facilitated with the palm trees and clear blue water.
