Dehlan Gwo

As Vice President of New Developments at Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, Dehlan and his team lead the marketing, sales and project design of the most innovative new developments in Seattle and across the Pacific Northwest.

Dehlan's experience and expertise in development marketing and sales are the pillars of his client-centric business. He maintains high trust relationships with his clients in order to anticipate, advise and consult them through each step of the process from concept to close; ensuring their projects are managed holistically and serviced to the highest standard.

Prior to rejoining RSIR, Dehlan served as a director at the development firm Create World Real Estate, where he led the delivery of high-profile condominium buildings in Downtown Seattle and Bellevue. He is a two-time graduate of the University of Washington, with degrees from the Foster School of Business and the Runstad Department’s Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE).
