A graduate of Kenyon College in Ohio, Sandra has a master's degree from Simmons University in Massachusetts. She has enjoyed the remodeling and sale of numerous homes in different parts of the world, as well as in Florida with her husband, Dan. Sandra pioneered the historical renovation of the first bank building in the Venice/Nokomis area, which was originally constructed by Dr. Fred Albee in 1923. As a result, Sandra has an in-depth, personal knowledge of city and county government permitting and building codes and procedures.
A broker associate since 2008 and a top producer, Sandra is passionate about providing her customers with the personal attention needed to find their dream home - whether their lifestyle is waterfront, golf or a relaxing getaway in a tropical paradise. She fully understands the process of selling a home and is committed from beginning to end. Sandra coordinates staging, photography and inspections, and she makes herself readily available to present her listings to buyers and agents. A strong negotiator, Sandra constantly thinks outside the box to ensure a successful transaction and closing. Customer satisfaction, whether representing the seller or buyer, is her top priority.
Sandra and Dan have two daughters, Daniela and Alexandra. They cherish time with the family, especially with their granddaughter Monika. Her husband Dan owns and runs an antique shop in Nokomis, an interest they share. She also loves gardening, reading and swimming in the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
