Jack Huguley

Jack is a Charleston native with over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management. A results-driven real estate executive, Jack excels in negotiation and creative problem-solving.

Previously, he was President of the John Huguley Co. here in Charleston before serving as CEO of six companies under U.S. Office Products (USOP) and later as President of USOP’s Office Furniture Division. After Corporate Express acquired USOP in 2001, Jack became Regional Vice President, overseeing eight North American office furniture divisions. Returning to Charleston in 2005, he spent a decade as Director of Alumni Relations at his alma mater, The College of Charleston - Go Cougars!

Jack’s broad perspective comes from living in multiple metropolitan areas, making him an invaluable resource for newcomers to Charleston. He and his wife, Vivian, reside downtown, enjoying golf, boating, and counting the days until their three grandchildren’s next visit.

Jack has held leadership roles in numerous national and local organizations, including the National Office Products Association, Charleston Trident Chamber of Commerce, United Way, King Street Merchants Association, and the Huguenot Society of SC.
