Julie-Ann Forney

A Hermosa Beach resident since 1984 and a native Southern Californian, Julie-Ann Forney began her full-time real estate career the same year she moved to the South Bay. She enjoys working for herself, but even more than that she enjoys helping buyers find their dream home and assisting sellers to achieve the highest price for their properties. Julie-Ann specializes in residential and income properties, capitalizing on her knowledge of the South Bay real estate marketplace, her awareness of ever-changing trends and developments, and her vast network of local contacts.

'My personal knowledge of the South Bay and my attention to detail, combined with my ability to see a few steps ahead, makes me able to offer clients options and solutions in today's real estate market. What's most rewarding about your work?
'I have often worked with clients as young couples who become parents and then grandparents, finding them homes that become a fundamental part of their continuing family story. As their lives change, I am there every step of the way. I am truly blessed to be the 'Realtor for life' for many families. Most of my business is generated from past clients and referrals.'

What does it take to be the best in the business?
'Hard work, continuing education, persistence and experience.'

How do you give back to your community?
'I'm very involved with my church, and I'm dedicated to giving back to the local community and those in need (including our furry little friends). I regularly support the Union Rescue Mission, Giveback Homes th rough Habitat for Humanity, S.P.A.R.E., Rover Rescue and Pups and Pals. I have also participated in the SKECHERS Pier to Pier Friendship Walk and Richstone Family Foundation fundraising.'

'The proximity to the beach and lovely weather-plus the schools are excellent!'
