Donna is a skilled negotiator with over $395 million in closed transactions, including selling a record 56 properties in Three Arch Bay and setting a record for the highest price per square foot in the community.
A graduate of Pepperdine University with a degree in business management, Pfanner entered real estate in 2005 following a successful career in publishing with industry giants Condé Nast and Times Mirror. Her marketing, time management and negotiation skills quickly made her a standout in luxury real estate, with high client referral rates and repeat business and outstanding relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
Donna enjoys volunteering in her community and school district where she served three years as a LBHS Cheer Booster Rep to help facilitate their fundraising efforts and team organization in addition to being a past charter member of the SchoolPower Real Estate Honor Roll that benefits the local school district.
