Gerri-Lynn Fives

Before embarking on her successful real estate career in February 2000, Gerri-Lynn proudly served her country as a commissioned officer in both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy. After raising two sons, she was inspired to become a REALTOR®, leveraging the strong work ethic, determination, and discipline she developed during her military service.
Throughout her career, Gerri-Lynn has continually committed herself to professional growth and education, earning multiple designations from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) including ABR, CIPS, CRS, GRI, MRSP, RSPS, SRES, and TRC. Her extensive knowledge of real estate, coupled with her dedication to her clients, allows her to provide them with the resources and guidance needed to make informed decisions.
Gerri-Lynn is a well-respected leader in the real estate community, having served in a variety of leadership roles at both the local and state level. From 2010-2022 she has been a Director for the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® and, in 2022, served as their Vice President. Her dedication to the industry extends to her role as a Director for the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) from 2010 to 2023, where she has contributed to numerous committees. In recognition of her expertise in contracts and ethics, she was appointed to the Standard Forms Advisory Committee by C.A.R. in 2016 and again in 2022, serving as Vice Chair of the committee in 2023.
In addition to her leadership roles, Gerri-Lynn is a trusted advisor for Pacific Sotheby’s, where she serves as one of three file reviewers, ensuring compliance with Department of Real Estate standards. Her commitment to excellence and integrity has earned her a stellar reputation in the industry and the community she serves.
