David Hsu

David Hsu has been working in the real estate industry for over fifteen years in Manhattan, specializing in both residential and commercial transactions. Prior to working at Sotheby’s International Realty, David was a Senior Vice President at Manhattan-based Nest Seekers for eight years. He was a managing director with his own team and was a top-producer at the firm. With his great connections with banks, real estate investors, public companies and private equity firms in China, Taiwan, Honk Kong, Singapore and Japan, David is helping developers to find capitals they need for their real estate projects in New York.

David, originally from Taiwan, has been living in Manhattan for over two decades. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese and English. Before working in real estate, David was a computer programmer in the IT industry.
