A Marin County transplant, Crystal has been passionate about real estate, architecture and design since childhood. Having grown up the daughter of a high-end architect dad based in Newport Beach and a real estate agent mom, she had the luxury of incredible exposure to many distinct homes and unique California lifestyles. This penchant for design translated into the world of fashion where Crystal began her career after graduating with honors from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature.

Crystal started her professional life in retail buying for large retailers in both Los Angeles and New York City. She transitioned into the luxury beauty industry after several years to work as an award-winning Account Executive for prestigious brands such as Chanel and Christian Dior where she thrived for over ten years. The experience gained in the corporate world of luxury was priceless and gave Crystal invaluable skill in the art of negotiation, marketing, and both project and team management. As a perpetual student of interior design trends and having sold 7 properties and done several large-scale renovations on her own homes, the transition to real estate was a natural one.

Crystal has fine-tuned her real estate expertise while working alongside Lei Ann Werner, one of Marin’s top producing agents, as well as leading Lei Ann’s marketing efforts. Through her work experience on Lei Ann’s team, she has attained invaluable knowledge and learned the inner workings of the industry from the best. Crystal has an authentic and client-first approach. She prides herself on her incredible attention to detail, exceptional ethics and ability to problem solve in difficult situations.

In her free time, you might find Crystal dining around town, wine tasting in neighboring Sonoma, hiking one of the many Marin County trails or heading to the coast for local oysters and fresh air with her husband, Mike, and their two dogs, Lucy and Ruby.
