Suzanne Schlicht

A Steamboat Springs resident for more than 30 years, Suzanne Schlicht began her real estate career in 2018 representing luxury homesites and residences at Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club. She brought to real estate an accomplished background in publishing, sales, marketing, and executive leadership, combined with her passion for Steamboat Springs and her deep-rooted ties within the community.
Since then, Suzanne has represented buyers and sellers in more than 47 transactions totaling over $142 million at Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club. She specializes in the luxury market, with particular expertise in envisioning and executing the positioning of luxury residential developments from inception to sellout. Her strategic approach and commitment to client service have played a pivotal role in shaping one of Steamboat’s highest value, most sought-after residential ranch communities.
Beyond her real estate work, Suzanne is an active civic leader. She currently serves as a director at Yampa Valley Bank and has a long history of leadership and service within the Steamboat community. She is passionate about welcoming newcomers and preserving the genuine Western hospitality that first inspired her to raise her family in the Yampa Valley.
