I’m Shawn Nejad, a Realtor with Vista Sotheby’s International Realty and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. Since 1990, I’ve proudly served the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area, representing sellers and buyers of residential homes, multi-unit properties, and vacant land.
