Alexandra Bailey

Originally from Northern Michigan with strong Florida and Midwestern roots, Alex has called Nashville home since 2006. She lives in Green Hills with her husband, a musician, and their two young sons. With a background in hospitality, a business degree from Belmont University, and a long-standing passion for architecture and interiors, Alex brings warmth, attention to detail, and thoughtful guidance to every client relationship.

In 2015, she designed and built her family’s first home—an experience that deepened her understanding of a home’s structure, flow, and potential. She now draws on that insight to help clients navigate and represent both the emotional and financial sides of real estate with confidence and care.

Alex considers herself a trusted advisor, combining local expertise with design sensibility to help clients make smart, informed decisions—whether buying, selling, or preparing for their next chapter.

When she’s not guiding clients, you’ll find Alex on the tennis court, chasing after her energetic boys or exploring antique shops. She is passionate about design, music, good food, and meaningful connections—all of which influence the way she lives and works.
