She began her real estate career after graduating from the University of Virginia, one of the nation’s top public universities, known for its academic excellence and historic legacy. Claire earned two bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Women, Gender, & Sexuality Studies, providing her with a deep understanding of human behavior, negotiation dynamics, and the social influences that shape communities.

She launched her career with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in Washington, D.C., near her hometown of Alexandria, Virginia, and became licensed in Virginia, D.C., and Maryland. With extensive experience in high-end real estate, Claire has built a reputation for her strategic approach, market expertise, and ability to create seamless experiences for both buyers and sellers. She is highly skilled in optimizing in-office operations, managing client databases, and ensuring efficient property tours. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence have contributed to over 200 successful transactions, totaling more than $260 million in sales.

Drawn to San Diego’s coastal lifestyle and dynamic real estate market, Claire made the move in 2023 to further expand her career. She became licensed in California and joined Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, broadening her expertise to the West Coast. Her background in the competitive Washington, D.C., luxury market gives her a unique advantage in understanding high-net-worth clients and tailoring strategies to meet their specific needs.
