Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, Luda and her family relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, during her childhood. She pursued her education at Western Carolina University, where she earned a degree in business administration. Following her academic pursuits, Luda ventured abroad, spending several years teaching English in Asia. This experience not only enriched her understanding of diverse cultures but also cultivated strong international relations.



Upon returning to the United States, Luda embarked on a career in the financial industry, drawing upon her business background and international experience. Her roles in banking, including management positions, provided her with invaluable skills in client relations and strategic decision-making. However, Luda's passion for helping others and her desire to make a more direct impact led her to transition into the real estate sector.
