spending summers on Neptune Avenue in Encinitas at her family’s home (at her
grandparent’s property purchased in 1968), Melissa graduated from San Diego State
University and quickly became interested in real estate.

2023 Melissa and Rande sold over $91,000,000 in North County San Diego which
includes Del Mar’s highest sale of the year at $20,000,000.
Melissa and Rande have forged long term working relationships in the coastal communities of San Diego including local architects, general contractors, engineers, geotechnical bluff and oceanfront engineers, interior design and landscape professionals, land use and coastal attorneys, banks, private lenders, mortgage brokers, financial advisors and a long list of specialty contractors. These valued relationships allow Melissa and Rande to advise and direct their clients along the successful path of selling or buying a home.
In Melissa’s free time she spends time with her two active sons, enjoys boxing, running
and cycling.
