Chantel Sandoval

Chantel Sandoval has been a dedicated real estate professional since 2017. She takes great pride in helping clients navigate the process of buying or selling their homes—whether they are upsizing, relocating, or making a strategic move in today’s market. Her goal is always to negotiate the strongest deal possible while making the experience seamless and rewarding. As a result, a large portion of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals who value her commitment, expertise, and genuine care.

Chantel is a proud member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). She also brings more than 20 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, which gives her clients a valuable advantage when it comes to understanding inspections, hazard insurance, home values, and navigating claims.

Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, Chantel offers an inclusive and communicative experience for her Spanish-speaking clients. She is deeply committed to community involvement, frequently volunteering her time to support local charities and organizing fundraisers for families in need.

Originally from the Western Slope, Chantel has strong roots in Glenwood Springs and North Denver, where she attended Valdez Elementary. She now resides in Todd Creek Farms, where she is known as a neighborhood expert.

Faith and family are at the center of Chantel’s life. She finds joy in cooking for her loved ones—especially when it comes to canning salsa, making tamales, or catering family events. She cherishes time spent with her daughter Desiree, son Dominic, stepdaughter Vanessa, and her beloved grandson Jonah. In her free time, Chantel enjoys dancing, camping, boating, karaoke, and cheering on her favorite team, the Denver Broncos.
