Fatih "Fred" Kaya

Born and raised in Turkey, Fatih made the decision to move to the United States to pursue higher education when he was 18. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics at New York University, where he acquired extensive knowledge on both national and international markets and economies, providing him with a versatile foundation to seek a career in real estate. Fatih has been working as the lead financial analyst of a prospering real estate investment firm in Northern New Jersey since 2017. Through this role, Fatih gained interactive experience renting, selling, and purchasing commercial and residential real estate assets in Northern New Jersey.
Fatih’s experience in real estate has enabled him to identify the different needs of his clients. His exposure to people from nearly every echelon in the real estate industry, including but not limited to inspectors, tenants, sellers, buyers, plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and contractors, provides him the skillset to give onsite services and consultation, such as coordinating inspections and communicating with service providers as needed. Furthermore, his educational background is also useful for his clientele to evaluate the current market and economy.

Fatih believes responsive communication to be the key component to success in today’s world– in his view, responsiveness is the most effective trait to showcase his attentiveness and care for his clients and their needs. In addition, his strong quantitative and detail / solution-oriented characteristics are helpful for his clients to achieve the best results.
