Rob has traded island life for the big city life and moved from Key West to New York City impressed with its architecture and energy. For the past decade Rob was advising buyers and sellers and working on new developments. Soon he decided to create a powerful team. Now what they offer to his clients is a truly unique combination of talents. Rob is analytical, loves crunching numbers and plan strategically. Rob also brings his energetic, assertive and amiable personality together with out of the box creative thinking and marketing ideas. He relocated from Manhattan to Jersey City, New Jersey just across the Hudson river, expanding his business to both states. As a true beach lover, Rob was a frequent vacationer to Miami. He noticed his clients in New York and New Jersey were increasingly interested in either relocating or purchasing second homes in South Florida. Now, as licensed real estate salespersons in all 3 states of NY, NJ and FL he truly conveys Sotheby’s value: “I am everywhere. I go where my clients go”.
