Letty Veitengruber

Letty Veitengruber, a Carmel native, is deeply passionate about the beauty of the beaches, rugged coastline, and unique homes found in the Monterey Peninsula and San Francisco Bay area. As a sixth generation Californian, Letty's love for this golden state extends to its residents. After attending business school at the University of San Francisco, Letty pursued further studies at the Victoria and Albert Museum and The Courtauld Institute of Art in London, broadening her knowledge in the field.

Following her education, Letty returned to her hometown on the Monterey Peninsula, where she collaborated with her father, an international home designer, on various home design projects. Letty possesses a creative eye and an ability to envision the transformation, update, and restoration potential of properties. On weekends, she can often be found exploring different parts of the Peninsula, inspecting real estate, evaluating its potential, and assessing its market value.

Letty's primary focus is to ensure her clients feel comfortable throughout the home buying or selling process. She caters to a wide range of needs, including first-time home purchases, relocations, finding second homes, downsizing, and selling properties. Letty is a dedicated ally and negotiator, supporting her clients until the completion of their projects. She is enthusiastic about providing assistance in any way possible.

In her leisure time, Letty indulges in her passions for travel, decorating, charity work, and driving her sports cars. She values spending quality time with her friends and family and emphasizes the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle through regular exercise.
