Sommer Rowan's passion for Palm Beach real estate was sparked in her childhood as she spent winters figure-skating and playing squash in snowy Buffalo, New York, while dreaming of the sun-drenched shores of South Florida. With deep family ties to Palm Beach—where her family have been residents for over 50 years—she developed an early appreciation for the area's timeless elegance and prestige.

She studied at Palm Beach Atlantic Univeristy where she earned Public Relations and Business Administration which provided her with a strong foundation in marketing, negotiation, and client relations. Her career began in public relations and marketing, where she honed her ability to craft compelling narratives and drive strategic growth. However, her true calling emerged as she became actively involved in her family's expanding real estate portfolio. Excelling in property management and navigating the intricacies of luxury real estate, she embraced the industry wholeheartedly, transitioning into a full-time real estate professional.

Beyond real estate, Sommer is dedicated to her community, actively volunteering with Christ Fellowship and supporting individuals navigating Lyme disease, chronic pain, and autoimmune conditions by helping them find valuable resources and a sense of belonging. When she's not assisting clients, she cherishes time spent with her family, traveling, and embracing all that Palm Beach has to offer.
