Donald Sambucci

Donald Sambucci has been serving real estate clients since 1977, after he moved to San Francisco from New York City. Over the course of his long career, he has helped buyers and sellers successfully navigate a highly competitive and challenging marketplace. Donald's extensive experience and insider knowledge of San Francisco real estate has made him a valued, sought-after agent for buyers and sellers.

Clients receive his in-depth experience of working through all types of complex transactions that span the range from single-family homes to condos and live/work loft developments to multi-tenant buildings. His goal is to provide his clients with exceptional service in all phases of a real estate engagement, including market savvy advice on property selection, marketing campaigns, contract negotiations, inspections and home finance. Donald specializes in all San Francisco neighborhood markets. In 2020, he took on the Charles Darwin theory, to paraphrase, “It’s not the strong that survive, it’s those that can adapt that survive,” hence he has spread out and sold homes in Marin and the East Bay.

Donald served in the United States Army from 1967-1969 and he graduated from City University in New York with a degree in sociology prior to coming to San Francisco and beginning his real estate career. He is a member of the California Association of REALTORS (CAR) and the San Francisco Association of REALTORS (SFAR), where he was a district representative to CAR. Donald is a gourmet cook, enjoys traveling with his wife Tracy and indulging in his two other favorite past times, reading and photography.
