Nick Barnes

From a young age, Real Estate has been a passion of mine. Having lived in seven countries throughout Asia, the Middle East, and North America, I’ve had the opportunity to experience many moves. I’ve been inspired by architectural designs around the world, various styles of living, and extraordinary cultures. These opportunities have influenced me to be where I am today and have shaped my knowledge and expertise in the Real Estate industry.

Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, London, Dubai, San Francisco, and Los Angeles are all places that I have called home at one point in my life, however, Vancouver is where I’ve called home the longest. After graduating from Collingwood School in West Vancouver, I attended the Sauder School of Business at UBC where I received my Real Estate license before graduating with a Business Degree in Marketing at Capilano University.

Starting my career in 2014, I committed myself to providing exceptional service and market knowledge. Over the last ten years, I've had the privilege to represent all types of clientele, from first time home buyers and families, to investors and corporations. I've marketed a variety of properties from apartments and houses in the city, to recreational homes and acreage in the countryside.

In 2024, I was honoured to receive the title of Senior Vice President of Sales at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, as well as the Medallion Club distinction from the Real Estate Board, recognizing the top 10% of agents in Vancouver.
