Morgan Coleman

Morgan is a Ninja Certified Realtor Associate with Herlong Sotheby’s International Realty and based out of our Greenville office. A born-and-raised Greenville native, a graduate of Mauldin High School, and an avid soccer player for her entire life, Morgan graduated from Clemson University (Go Tigers!), where she was a member of the varsity women’s soccer team for all four years of her college career. When it comes to real estate, Morgan forms a “team” mindset with each of her clients, and always has their best interest, and intended results, at the top of her mind. Morgan proudly serves local and out-of-state clients in the Greenville area and the Clemson/Luxury Lakes region. From single family homes to townhouses to condominiums, Morgan has worked with an array of properties, a wide range of price points, and yet her real estate philosophy remains the same: to give the highest level of extraordinary service at all times. In 2020, Morgan was named our Rookie of the Year, she was a President's Circle recipient in 2021 and 2023, and also Skyrocket Award and Chairman's Circle Award recipient for closing more than $10 million in individual sales volume in 2022. Morgan is proud of her Greenville roots and has been inspired by the tremendous growth plans conceived and successfully implemented by the leadership of the Upstate. Morgan and her husband Rob (also a Greenville native) love to spend their time with their son, golden retrievers, and taking trips with family to the coast of South Carolina.
