Brad attended St. Mary’s School in Annapolis, the College of Charleston, and the Chapman School of Seamanship in Stuart, Florida. An avid boater, he is an active member and supporter of the Eastport Yacht Club and is involved in many civic and community organizations including the Anne Arundel Medical Center, the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Severn River Association and Annapolis Maritime Museum.
