Jake Goldberg

Jake Goldberg Is a Colorado native who has lived in Vail and Denver Colorado his entire life. Over the past thirty years, Jake has experienced the transitions and growth, not only in the Denver market but the Colorado market as a whole. Growing up in south Denver but living in central Denver for the past fifteen years, Jake is very familiar with all the neighborhoods and what each one has to offer. A passion for anything real estate took Jake to the University of Denver, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management.


With a Grandfather, father and multiple uncles in real estate, real estate development, and construction, Jake knew from a young age that he wanted to be involved in the industry and continue to grow the family’s real estate footprint. His love for real estate stems from working closely with family, in addition learning and growing with the rapidly changing Denver market. Utilizing his business acumen to advise clients and partners on new opportunities, projects and general construction, Jake enjoys the problem-solving aspect of the industry and staying abreast of the always changing factors it presents.


Jake enjoys the relationships created throughout the home search and buying process and believes that trust and longevity behind those relationships are the most important variables for success.


When Jake is not working, he loves to spend time with his family. Jake and his wife Kelsey have a daughter named Grier (2), son named Grady (1) and doodle named Wilson. Like a true Colorado native, Jake loves anything outdoors and is a huge Broncos, Avalanche, Rockies and Nuggets fan.
