The Kullman Group, formed by Kiki Street Kullman and Greg Kullman in 2015, has over 30 combined experience helping clients buy and sell residential Real Estate in Columbus, Ohio. Each team member has a unique set of strengths that when combined, make for a total powerhouse. Kiki Kullman
For Kiki, Real Estate is not simply work, it is a family business and a way of life. Born and raised in Upper Arlington, Kiki grew up in the industry watching her grandparents and parents become successful agents. Kiki graduated from Upper Arlington High School and went on to the College of Charleston in South Carolina.
In 2008, following time in New York City where she worked for Sotheby's International Realty, Downtown Manhattan Brokerage, Kiki returned home and officially joined Street Sotheby's International Realty. Her time in NYC provided her the opportunity to learn from some of the most successful agents in Manhattan, many whom would be mentors helping her learn the fast paced world of Real Estate. Kiki and her husband, Greg Kullman, teamed up and formed The Kullman Group in 2015. Kiki and Greg further expanded their team in 2019 to better service their clients.
Kiki and Greg welcome twin boys, Cam and Kyle, in 2018. Kiki loves spending time with her nieces, Olivia and Lucy, and is known to enjoy a crisp glass of chardonnay at Lake Erie and Marco Island, Florida.
Kiki has excelled and grown her business exponentially thanks to hard work, and satisfied clients who have provided numerous referrals. In 2015, Kiki was a recipient of the Columbus REALTORS® 10 Under 40 Award given to top Realtors in the City, and she received her Columbus Realtors 10 Million Dollar Award in 2018.
Greg Kullman
A lifelong resident of Columbus, Greg is known for his large network within his community. Greg graduated from Bexley High School in 1999 and went on to receive a bachelor's degree in Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. In 2018, Greg & Kiki welcomed their twin boys, Cam & Kyle, to their family, and after a long stay in the NICU at Nationwide Children's Hospital have been blessed to watch them grow and develop over the back part of 2018.
Greg's strong knowledge of the area and his honest customer service backed by great leadership makes him an asset to clients looking to buy or sell in Central Ohio. Greg coached men's soccer at Bexley High School for 11 years and retired in 2013 as the Varsity Head Coach to focus on his career.In his spare time, Greg can be found supporting the Columbus Crew and Manchester United at local breweries. He also enjoys watching his beloved Ohio State Buckeyes as their success helps balance his love for the Cleveland Browns.
Greg was the 2018 Columbus Realtors YPN Chair and is the 2019 Columbus Realtors MLS Committee Chair and the 2019 Ohio Realtors YPN Chair. Greg aims to use his knowledge of Central Ohio, a strong background in economics and marketing, and an established network to provide clients with unparalleled service for their real estate buying and selling needs.

A lifelong Columbus area resident, Will grew up in Bexley, Ohio and graduated from Wittenberg University with a degree in Sport Management.
As an All-American Kicker and Punter for the NCAC Championship Wittenberg Football Tigers, Will knows the true value of teamwork and persistence. He has found these qualities relate directly to the real estate market and help ensure the perfect match of buyer and property for a successful and positive experience for all involved. Will works tirelessly from listing to closing for a smooth transition for you and your family.

Will currently resides in the Short North and enjoys coaching for both the Bexley High School Basketball and Tennis programs. He also serves as a part-time kicking coach at his alma mater Wittenberg University.
In his free time, Will enjoys golfing, playing a various amount of recreation sports in local leagues and exploring some of the fun new sights and sounds Columbus has to offer.
Jacquelyn Eifert
As an Ohio Licensed Realtor, Jacquelyn's focus and abilityis to discover and address the diverse needs and concerns of her clients. Being able to listen and respond to her clients' needs is the essence of good service, and everything she does serves this objective.
Jacquelyn is proudly a 4th generation area resident, born and raised in Columbus, OH, which has afforded her with a deep understanding of the Central Ohio Real Estate market. In highschool she was 4-year letter winner and earned All-American honors in lacrosse. She went on to play at Maryland University and transferred back home to complete her degree at OSU to be closer to family . She graduated with a Degree in Textiles + Clothing with a focus on Interior Design. Jacquelyn received her real estate license in 2011 and has loved it ever since! She was recently married, and she and her husband recently bought their first home together and are in the process of renovating and Designing the entire home themselves.
Jacquelyn is very involved in the community — she is a member of pleasure guild, coaches8th grade lacrosse at Jones middle school and helps run her family's charity, The Walter T. Bradley Heart fund. Jacquelyn loves both helping people and interior design and Real Estate has allowed her to combine both of her passions into one career.
