Lesley Reed

Lesley Reed is the owner and broker of St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty, as well as owner of Anguilla Sotheby’s International Realty. She first arrived in St. Martin in 1989, instantly fell in love with the island, and has dedicated her career to real estate and vacation rentals ever since. In 1999, Lesley launched her own company, specializing in luxury property sales and villa rentals. In 2014, she affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty, expanding her reach to serve both sides of St. Martin—through St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty for the French side and St. Maarten Sotheby’s International Realty for the Dutch side—and now, the entire island of Anguilla.

Under Lesley’s guidance, the companies have flourished, establishing a portfolio that features the region’s most prestigious private homes. With a successful vacation rental program and a full suite of villa management services, her teams are known for representing the finest properties in the most sought-after residential enclaves across St. Martin, St. Maarten, and Anguilla—offering exceptional service to property owners and guests alike.
