Laird Bunch

Laird is Vice President of the Brandywine Valley Office of Monument Sotheby's International Realty and is licensed in Delaware, Pennsylvania. With the formation of the original Brandywine Fine Properties Sotheby's International Realty office, as an owner, he took on the task of developing new business and expanding the Sotheby's Brand. In addition to listing and selling real estate locally, Laird specializes in high-end residential sales, hospitality consulting, and land development. He has also embarked on taking his real estate experience to Florida and focusing on Palm Beach County where he spends time during the winter months. Laird has lived, worked, traveled, and studied worldwide including Asia and Europe. He previously worked in the film business for Sony Pictures and Walt Disney Productions and is Partner for the leading Cannabis Smart packaging Technology Company. Laird is an avid tennis player, as well as a PADI-certified diver and NOLS graduate (National Outdoor Leadership School). He enjoys golf, sporting clay shooting, and traveling; always seeming to find himself in beautiful locales. Laird graduated from Valley Forge Military Academy and was a Political Science major at the University of Delaware. Laird has a special talent for putting people together which has helped him in all aspects of his business as well as his personal life. He uses his abundance of contacts and his sales ability to ensure seamless transactions in every real estate endeavor. Laird has two beautiful daughters, Campbell and Frances, and is enjoying seeing them grow into well-rounded young women.
