After multiple years of winning awards as the most active sales member, she decided to broaden her real estate influence in an entrepreneurial capacity. In 2003, she opened and successfully operated her own real estate firm as the qualifying broker before expanding into the premium luxury market now offered by Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Dawn offers custom marketing campaigns that drive results for sellers. She also consults extensively with buyers to research and select the best properties to meet their real estate goals. Her current areas of concentration focus on the North Atlanta market, such as Acworth, Alpharetta, Canton, Cartersville, Cumming, Johns Creek, Milton and Roswell. She has also worked extensively in Atlanta, Buckhead, Dunwoody, Kennesaw, Marietta, Norcross, Sandy Springs and various areas of Paulding, Bartow, Polk and Pickens counties. Dawn also carries a certification in Interior Decorating from CID International, which comes in handy for staging her listings. In addition to her expertise working with custom home builders and new construction developments, she specializes in the lifestyle areas of equestrian properties, golf communities and secondary vacation home markets such as in Blue Ridge, Georgia.

Dawn is not only a devoted real estate professional but also a proud mother of three and grandmother of three. She resides in Milton on her hobby farm with her horses, pet pigs and chickens. She is an avid horseback rider and enjoys painting, reading, golfing, weightlifting, bicycling and running. An active member of her community, she is a member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, participates in the Alpharetta Business Association, the Fulton County Chamber of Commerce and the Cobb Chamber of Commerce. She served as a long-time past member of the Kennesaw Business Association, the Acworth Business Association and the city of Kennesaw Alcohol Review Board. She volunteers and supports Must Ministries and Shop with a Hero. Dawn is Chairman of the Board for The Blake Meier New Life Foundation and is involved with many recovery organizations throughout the metro Atlanta area.
