Babs Price

Babs Price is a Global Real Estate Advisor. Not only does she list and sell properties locally, she helps sellers find a home all over the globe. The Atlanta REALTORS® Association presented Babs the Phoenix Award for 10 years as a Top Producer. She has consistently been a Top Performer for Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty. Her beloved company has ties to the renowned Sotheby's auction houses.

Babs resides in the mountain community of Big Canoe with her husband Craig and her chow chow Dawson. (Dawson is also known as The Weather Dog.). She lists and sells property in the areas between Buckhead and Blue Ridge. She is passionate about getting a property sold for her clients so that they may move forward to the next chapter in their lives.

Babs enjoys hiking. In August 2022, she and Craig hiked the Highline Trail in Glacier National Park. In March 2024, the Prices hiked to Alum Cave in Tennessee. April 2024, they hiked to Len Foote Hike Inn and spent the night, and returned home the next day.

Babs is a member of the Big Canoe Rotary Club. All Rotarians are invited to visit the club and attend a meeting.

Babs has been active in charity work. She was head of Christmas Blessing for Big Canoe Chapel for three years. She helped raise funds for equipment for the paramedics and first responders that are onsite in the Community of Big Canoe. Via Rotary Club she helped assemble beds for Sleep in Heavenly Peace for children who have no bed. She helped collect unused medical equipment via Rotary's FODAC to give to people who are unable to afford needed equipment.
